This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of heat losses of the family house and thermal insulation design for their elimination. In the introduction, there is an overview of possible measures leading to the reduction of the energy consumption of buildings. Furthermore, the calculation of heat loss of a family house is described, generally and specifically, and thermal insulation variants are proposed to reduce heat losses. In conclusion, these variants are compared and the most economical solution is chosen.

The new building not cellar under, two storyes family house with a garage and gym. The building is based on the foundation strips.Footing in the non-freezing depth. System design house is two-way, vertical walls are lime-sand masonry. The fasade is complemented by thermal isolation. Horisontal strukcures is made of beams and ceramics inserts HODO and cavity panels. Heating are ensured by a gas boiler. The interior staircase is designed as reinforcete.

The diploma thesis deals with the energy audit of the kindergarten building Špálova in Ostrava, according to order No. 480/2012 Sb. as amended. It is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the project of photovoltaic power plants in the energy audit, the second part analyzes the calculation procedures in the design of energy-saving measures and the third part completes the energy audit according to the requirements of the above-mentioned decree.
